A highly customized new build completed in close collaboration with Monomoy Real Estate & Construction and SV Design. This project featured Bocci-style kitchen outlets, high-end recessed lighting, custom linear and monopoint lighting, and carefully selected decorative fixtures throughout the home. We also wired and coordinated programming of the entire RadioRA 3 smart home system. The electrical scope included a new 400-amp service and two 24kW Generac standby generators to support the home’s advanced electrical needs.
