A historically sensitive renovation of an old fishing and hunting cottage that was lifted, placed on a new foundation, and extensively updated. The project included a new 200-amp underground service, a complete rewire, and a custom home theater installation. Working closely with the builder, we preserved the home’s original character by keeping exposed beams visible while integrating modern LED recessed lighting for a seamless blend of old and new.
